I grew up in the Australian countryside in a family of musicians who fostered my love for all things musical. Even then, I only started writing music in 2023, way before I could even properly play an instrument, I'd write lyrics in my unused notebooks and tap rhythms with my hands. I picked up the ukulele in 2024, I actually originally wrote 'beautifully tragic' on the ukulele in January 2025 before I switched to the guitar in later that year.

Ever since I could remember, I've wanted to help people, so when I started writing my album, I wrote it to represent a journey of spiritual growth, learning to love and respect yourself, and learning to set a good example.
